Why Can't I Get The Exchange Rate You Show From My Broker?

Good question.
The exchange rates that we show are the rates that the big banks give to your broker. It is then up to your broker to decide what exchange rate they pass on to the customer. Obviously, the closer the exchange rate to the one that we display then the less profit is made by the broker. The bigger the difference then the bigger the profit to the broker - that's how they make their living!
So, what you need to do, is find a broker that will give you an exchange rate as close to the one we display as possible.

To save you time, here's a bit of inside information that we've gleaned from experience:

Best rate for GBP to EUR -> imsfx.co.uk
Best rate for GBP to AUD -> imsfx.co.uk
Best rate for GBP to ZAR -> mercury-fx.com

If you don't get the best rate from any of these brokers then let us know. If you know of a better broker then contact us at contact@themoneyconverter.com
